Education and Background
Inder is a dedicated and experienced lawyer who completed his legal education at the University of Windsor. He started his legal journey at a busy law firm doing mainly corporate law, commercial and residential real estate and family law. Later, he joined a mid-size law firm in Surrey doing primarily plaintiff side personal injury and criminal defence work. Here, he expanded his expertise into the realm of personal injury law, representing plaintiffs with unwavering commitment. His time at this firm also saw him engage in criminal law, where he handled various aspects of criminal defense with diligence and tenacity. Inder's broad spectrum of experience is complemented by his appearances before various judicial bodies, including Tribunals, Provincial Courts, and the BC Supreme Court.
